Beth Ends 2006 on a High (18th December, 2006)

Beth Tweddle, capped off her World and European victory on a-bars with the World Cup title at the weekend in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It’s been a busy time since Beth came back from her Worlds victory in Denmark with TV interviews and newspaper interviews and then picking up third place at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year. Beth’s coach Amanda Kirby was also honoured last week at a glitzy do in the Dorchester Hotel, London. Amanda was named the UK Female coach of the Year at the 2006 Coaching Awards.

Beth will enjoy spending quality family time at home in Cheshire on Christmas day. Then during the Christmas and New Year period, Beth will travel down south to spend time with all her family.
